Legal Liability
COURSE OVERVIEW
Legal liability training will ensure that both the employer and the employee are aware of their responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. It will cover what to do if a party fails to comply, as well as the repercussions of non-compliance with the health and safety regulations.
