Training Platforms

E-Learning

This is a distance learning platform where you will be provided with a username and password as well as a link to the E-learning portal. This platform allows you to log in and out whenever you please, meaning it can be utilized during lunch breaks or afterhours.

  • The training is booked by emailing training@sdcconsult.co.za with the Name, Surname, ID Number and Name of course that you want to register.
  • You will be provided with a username, password and link to access the training.
  • Each course has around 8 modules which the trainee will have to study.
  • After each module there is an assessment for which the trainee must obtain more than 75% to pass the module.
  • At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to download his certificate.

Microsoft Teams

This platform is a distance learning platform that allows a company to attend training at the comfort of their own office or living area. With this platform, it is easy to setup a boardroom and have a few of your employees attend the course as a group without having them leave the office.

  • Training is booked online via our training website.
  • Trainees will have to complete activities during the training.
  • Trainees will receive a certificate & manual via email after completion of the course.

Face to Face Training

This training is conducted at our venues and offer a personal interaction between the trainer and the trainees. Our facilitators can present training to individual from all background, cultures, and educational levels.

  • This training is booked online via our training website.
  • Training includes 2 sweets, pen, manual, certificate, water, coffee/tea, cookies in the morning and light snack during the 1st tea/coffee break.
  • First Aid is a 2-day course, which include lunch instead of a light snack. Employees must attend both days to receive a certificate.
